Eligibility criteria for students:
Students with a minimum of 55% of aggregate score in all examinations conducted and announced till date are eligible. There should not be any arrears or backlogs at the time of appearing for the test.
Procedure of Campus Recruitment:

3.       Personal Interview for those who qualify in the test
4.       Announcement of Results
Duration of the test:      
·         90 minutes for Engineering Graduates
·         75 minutes for Management Graduates

·         Subjects – 30 Questions (1 Mark Each)
PART B
·         Analytical - 15 Questions (1 Mark Each)
·         GK – 5 Questions (1 Mark Each)
·         Eng. Comprehension. -10 Questions (1 Mark Each)
·         Synonyms  - 5 Questions (1 Mark Each)
·         Reasoning - 5 Questions (1 Mark Each)
·         Descriptive – 1 Question (5 Marks)
Personal Interview
Those who qualify in the written test will be called for one to one interview.
The place of posting of the selected candidates could be in any one of the Group Companies across the country. The selected candidate would start her/his career as a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) and we offer a starting CTC stipend of Rs. 2.4 Lakhs per annum for the selected trainee.
The management graduate selected candidate would start her/his career as a Management Trainee and we offer a starting CTC stipend of Rs.2.4 lakhs for an MBA/PGDM with Arts/Commerce/Science in her/his under graduation. And, stipend of Rs.2.65 lakhs for an M.Tech/ME or MBA/PGDM with professional degree in her/his under graduation (e.g. BE, B.Tech or equivalent) for the selected trainee.
There is a well structured training program designed for the selected trainees. Each Trainee will be spending one year of his/her traineeship going through various phases of training across the function/organization. On successful completion of one year traineeship considering the performance and capabilities the GET(s) and MTs will be absorbed on the roll of company as Engineer and Executive respectively at Grade M9.
